It doesn't have to be white, LOL.
It only needs to give you pause...

Recently , there was a full moon that was going to be closer to the earth than it would be for another up-t-ump (love that word?) years. The internet held many instructions for how to best shoot the moon. I tried several using my best telephoto lens and a tripod. For my effort, I like this result the best.

I like to look at photography websites. Many offer free tutorials and always a lot of eye candy.
Two of my favorites are:
Digital Photography School which offers a weekly newsletter which provides photog tips for the weekend. They are always relevant to the season. I have also picked up some nice e-books here.
Stuck In Customs is the website of Trey Ratcliff who does some outstanding HDR photography.
Two new ones that have caught my attention are:
Capture Your 365 is produced by Katrina Kennedy. She has the ability to teach camera capability very easily. Her portrait work is very cool. She offers classes which are always worth the money. Check her out.
Great Photos Plus is a fairly new web site that offers tutorials for a variety of things photographic. Liz Ness is currently offering a free class on organizing your photos. If nothing else, you will find plenty of eye candy.
